Jeff Ross / Co-Founder

Jeff grew up on the east coast, in Glen Rock, New Jersey, but has since moved to the St. Louis area. He has experience working as a consultant for companies ranging from small non-profits, to Fortune 100 corporations. Jeff was taught to appreciate design by his mother, who ran her own interior decorating business and his father who is an artist and musician. Others characterize Jeff by his optimism and appreciation for organization. On a personal note, Jeff enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and spending time in New Jersey visiting his family.

Derek Friday is an award-winning designer and founder of Finndustry, an internationally accomplished, multi-disciplinary design studio based in Boulder, Colorado. Finding inspiration in everything around him the applications of Derek’s work can be varied depending on the specific need for creating brand continuity across an environment. Derek views design as a path to connection with other humans, regardless of their background, location, or language. When not in his studio, Derek can usually be found in the mountains with his dog Tilly, free climbing, riding gravel bikes, trail running, making art, or encouraging up-and-comers about not setting personal limits.
